Lodi Outlets Encourages Community to bring Care Packages for USO of Northern Ohio
BURBANK, OHIO (May 15, 2008) – Lodi Outlets and participating stores encourage community members to bring care packages for United Service Organizations of Northeast Ohio, USO, to participating stores Monday, May 17 through Friday, July 4, 2008.
“We are very honored to work with the USO of Northern Ohio as a ‘Care Package Drop Site,’ said Lisa Chapman, Lodi Outlets General Manager. “It’s a great opportunity to reach out to community members and their loved ones who are overseas.”
Lodi Outlets features more than 65 shops including Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Children’s Place Outlet, Gap Outlet, Vanity Fair, Bass Outlet and Bath & Body Works Outlet. Glucose Screening –Free (fast 2 hours prior to testing)
Total Cholesterol (includes glucose) - $5
Complete Lipid Profile - $15 (includes triglyceride, total cholesterol, HDL/good and LDL/bad cholesterol, cholesterol ratio and glucose.
For most accurate results, fast for 10-12 hours prior to testing. You may have black coffee, black tea or water and can take medications if necessary. It is recommended you consume 8 oz. of water 20 minutes prior to testing.
